What is an FAQ section?An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

What are the requirements to rent a camper truck/van ?Generally, you must be at least 25 years old a vaild drivers license. There will be $3000 deposit if driver is below 25 years old.

What is included in the rental price?The rental price typically includes the cost of the truck/van camper that includes 2 burner stove, fridge, Queen bed with brand new bed pillow sheets. There will be extra addon for kitchen stuff that you can choose from the list on addon list. You can pick and choose any cooking and camping gears available on the addon list.

Are there any restrictions on where I can take the camper truck/van?Most companies allow you to travel anywhere within the country, but some may have restrictions on off-road driving or traveling to certain remote areas. Even-though certain of our vehicles has 4x4 capability but they are mainly to get you out of certain situations such as snowstorm, rainstorms, mug terrain… They are not mend for guests to take them off-roading.

Can I bring my pet along?You can bring your pet with extra cleaning fee for pet of. $200 per trip.

What is the cancellation policy?Cancel policy will be the same with outdoorsy platform cancelling policy. Please see outdoorsy policy.

Do I need to clean the camper car before returning it?Typically, no because you already pay $200 for cleaning and prep. However, it is recommended for guests to do some basic cleaning such as all the food out from the refrigerator, trash in the car or camper.

How far in advance should I book my camper car?It recommended to book your camper car well in advance, especially during peak season, to ensure availability.

Can I pick up and drop off the camper car at different locations?It is possible but it is based on case by case since we have to arrange pickup and drive back to our base location. There will be extra charge depending on how far and time.

What happens if the camper car breaks down?When you buy insurance package there will be roadside assistance you can call to help.

Do I need a special license to drive a camper car?No, a regular driver license is sufficient to drive most camper cars. However, it needs to go through outdoorsy to verify your driver license and you need to verify before picking up the vehicle.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
